A report released today by Sotheby's International Realty Canada revealed double-digit sales gains in the market for residential real estate over $1 million in Canada's largest urban centres in 2014, and indicated upward pressure on the pricing for luxury homes in the Greater Toronto Area and Vancouver specifically.
